Had a small issue with my order update, so I messaged Bonkers Corner support not really expecting much tbh. But they replied quickly and explained what was going on in a really simple way!! The person I spoke to was polite and actually took the time to check the details for me. Got everything sorted the same day, so I’m happy with the support. Definitely 5 stars for how fast they were!!

I was a little unsure at first because I’ve had to keep checking back on other sites just to find my size, but this one had a good range of stuff and the sizes were actually available. That was reassuring and made the whole thing way less frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered from Bonkers Corner once, the website was easy enough to use. The delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but the product itself was fine. Not amazing or anything, but not bad either. I mean, I might try them again sometime.

The fabric feels really nice and the stitching looks solid. I don’t know what whoever runs this is doing, but they got this part right.

It’s been good overall, so I don’t think it deserves harsh criticism. The only thing I’ve noticed is that some pages can load a bit slow every now and then, which is annoying, but it’s not like it happens constantly.

The site itself was fine to use, but the promo offer kind of confused me. I assumed the discount would apply to all items, but then at checkout it turned out differently. Who wants to go back and reread the terms right when they’re ready to pay? It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the offer details were explained more clearly upfront.

The tracking didn’t update much, so I was just left guessing if the package was moving, stuck somewhere, waiting to be scanned, or just taking a scenic route or something. The package did arrive fine in the end, nothing was damaged, nothing was missing, and the order itself was alright. So I don’t have a huge complaint, but I do wish the shipping was either quicker or at least clearer with updates. Even a simple “in transit” update or expected date would have helped. Giving 3 stars for now because the product came, but the waiting and lack of updates made the experience feel a bit frustrating

The fit was actually fine, so no complaints there, but after wearing it for a few hours the fabric started to feel a little rough. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected it to be softer. i’m kind of regretting buying it a bit.

The clothes look way cooler and less basic than what I usually see on other sites, and the fits and prints feel very much like my style.
